The owner is horrifically rude. Background: The stylist showed up on wedding day over an hour late, just one woman to do hair on most and makeup on all. She was so behind due to her lateness, that none of the bridal party got their makeup done. There was never a refund given, even though the mistake was on them and the request was made calmly, politely, and respectfully. The vitriol that the owner spewed over email was so shocking - there were literal insults in her email. If the request was a 1, her response was a 10. Please, please do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, away from this place!
