This is the second appliance we've purchased at Steve's and we plan to return in the future because of Steve's excellent selection, reasonable prices and terrific delivery service!
Excellent service! Forrest is a great guy (salesman), very helpful, respectful, and new our needs! We bought a new dishwasher and washing machine. We got a great deal. They both work excellent! The young man who helped load them was very polite. I will be buying more items from Steve's Appliance!
The reason we choose Steve's was to do business with a small local company that could provide service after the sale. We bought a house full of appliances and had a problem with the refrigerator which got ignored. After speaking with Steve himself to try resolving the problem, I found Steve was the cause of the problem. Lack of follow up and not returning calls seems to be the way they operate. Sorry couldn't recommend Steve's Appliance.
Excellent communication via phone to find just the replacement stove we needed for our camp!
The delivery was equally perfect! On a rainy day the two deliverymen arrived on time and even covered the stove with plastic so that it wouldn't get wet from the truck into the camp. They were speedy in disconnecting and removing the old stove and allowed me time to clean the floor before installing the new stove. Then they demonstrated the control panel uses and previewed any start up issues we might encounter. They were very knowledgeable, neat in picking up after themselves, personable and left my husband and me completely satisfied and excited about our new purchase.
We have been shopping at Steves for years. The products and customer service is excellent. The staff are very professional and friendly. The prices are competative and I highly recommend Steve's Appliances above anyone else in the area.
